8 bananas; 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar; a good pinch of red pepper; 1 teaspoonful of dry mustard; 2 tablespoonfuls of Worcester Sauce ; 1 tablespoonful of vinegar; about 4 tablespoonfuls of olive oil.
